Lovely 2 bed ground floor flat with lockable storage cupboard outside front door. Seperate kitchen and living room very large. A bathroom with shelf on the window, electric shower. New tiles in the kitchen with enough to do the bathroom as well. Two large bedrooms all recently painted and decorated. New Lino flooring needed (probably a darker colour) I’ve always hated the floor but it’s got paint on it now. There’s a grassy front garden and a private back garden with concrete area and washing lines as well as grass area that I’m currently renovating and tidying up. I’m the only one who uses the space outside. Neighbours are all older and quiet, lovely area close to a primary school and nursery as well as shops and doctors etc not far as well. There’s a ramp at he front entrance for those with mobility issues or stairs from the back garden to get into the block as well. Looking for a 2 bed house in Cardiff or the vale of Glamorgan, open to a flat if it was separate entrance etc.
