3-4 bedroom swap

3 bedroom house, double glazing windows, central heating throughout. Had a brand new boiler about 8 months ago. Living room , kitchen, downstairs toilet and coats room/passage. Cupboard understairs. Shower over the bath upstairs. All decent size rooms. I have a yard out the back with a decent sized shed that would be staying. Designated parking spot to the side of the hse and on street parking right outside the front. Very safe for children to play out on the street. 15 min walk in town, train station/bus station 10 min walk to Tesco. Close to schools /parks. I rent through Stone Water. I'm looking for a 3/4 bedroom house in and around skipton preferably with parking but not essential, garden wanted. Thanks
