Only tenant from new, large garden with added patio to rear, decent size kitchen with dining area. Moderate sized living room leading to downstairs hallway with downstairs WC and stairs which branch off two bedrooms, the 1st bedroom being a double and the 2nd bedroom being large (I've had a superking bed) ample space for furniture too. And lastly a decent family bathroom with shower over bath and towel radiator. Saltergate area, Bellway Estate. Looking for 3 bedroom as overcrowded. Harrogate area with some wriggle room on what part of Harrogate. Connections to HHS and work in Starbeck. Would love a garden, accepting pets and of decent sized bedrooms due to children from previous relationship staying on the weekends.
