London Kilburn to Hamworthy Poole

I live on the 5th floor in a block of flats that has 7 floors and next to Kilburn Park station on the Bakerloo line. It is a one bedroom flat with small park outside. Gorefield House in Kilburn Park, London, NW6, is a residential building, part of the South Kilburn Estate redevelopment, offering a mix of affordable and social housing. It features 2-bedroom flats, some with balconies overlooking communal gardens, and is known for its convenient location near Kilburn Park station and Kilburn High Road. My location preference is next to Hamworthy park and Poole Quay. I am looking for a 1 bedroom flat there and have seen Norton Way which is a good location for me. Other options would be considered.
