Looking for 3 bed house with garden

Hi there, I am looking to swap for a three bed house in leatherhead, or Ashtead. for my one bed flat in Bookham. Really looking for a house with a garden, And hopefully two toilets for my disability needs. My flat is currently newley decorated apart from the bedroom, i am still decorating. Bookham is such a beautiful area, i am right near the commons, about an 8 minuet walk to train station. And i two minuet walk to bus stop. Village is close by and a little local shop around a 10 minuet lovely walk. Lovely neighbours, community gardens are nice and, very quiet,. a clothes line right out side the back garden that i share with my lovely neigbour up stairs. Built in cupboards in hall way, bedroom and living room. And a great size airing cupboard in bathroom. Good storage space for one or a couple. I do love it here, but , I have two children so we really need to move to a bigger home with a garden and for them to have their own rooms . And hopefully two toilets. Thankyou for reading.
