3 bed oakenshaw, we moved here last year august not by choice but because of an accident at our old house. This house is lovely but it just doesn't suit our needs we came here from a house with a very large garden one we utilised to its full advantage being people who love to spend time in our garden mostly. We have done lots to this garden but other than putting new flooring in this house we have done no decorating as this house just hasn't got our hearts. we really need a big garden again. so if you've got a large 3 bed or 4 bed that your heart isn't in and you wish you had a more manageable smaller garden and you've not really done much to your house/ garden we will be a good fit ? our area is practically silent honestly it's so peaceful, lovely walks nearby and Tesco is a 2min walk down path you don't hear much of traffic like you would think etc and the neighbours are nice, our kitchen is also a large kitchen diner.
