I have a large one bed I have ground floor large studio with own front garden and own large private balcony at the back, own kitchen bathroom front room and has an alcove in front room plenty space for a double bed has a built in wardrobe, bathroom recently decorated the council are putting new kitchens in. I am looking for a one bedroom bungalow, house, flat, on the ground floor with a small garden anywhere between Worthing to Portsmouth, I use a mobility scooter due to my health, and need to be near family and friends for support, This place is very near the city, rent is £85 a week, no council tax to pay if on benefits, lovely little ground floor but needs decorating, ready to move anytime, everything is very local with the new nine elms station 10 mins walk, ideal flat for a student or a city worker, everything is so close.
