We are located near to Well St, E9, close to the small Tesco with lots of shops, GP surgery, dentist and primary and secondary schools nearby. Local buses are 30, 26, 277, 425 and 388, 394, W15, 276, 236. Homerton hospital and the big Tesco on Morning Lane are a short walk away. We'd like to swap our property for a 4 bedroom house with double glazing, central heating, garden and a minimum of 2 toilets. We'd ideally like to stay in the E9 area but will certainly consider other areas if we like the property. Unfortunately, we won't consider any estates or blocks.
