What we have has a 4 bedroom semi detached house, in Dunfermline KY11 4. Newer build (around 18years old roughly) back garden in fully enclosed but needs some tlc (grass is worn away in places) Inside has 3 double bedrooms & 1 single bedroom. Huge living room/dining room Toilet downstairs, bathroom upstairs with shower over bath. Newly fitted kitchen just a couple of months ago House is due to be inspected for a potential bathroom upgrade next month (inspection is in mid June) Laminate flooring throughout the house, kitchen and upstairs bathroom has lino (kitchen flooring was only relaid as a temp measure when kitchen replacement was done) main bedroom is carpeted all other floors are laminate. The whole house needs redecorating/freshening up, but it's not awful... Open to areas but no more than about 20min drive to Dunfermline for work and we need a big driveway for 4+ cars
