I currently have a spacious 2 bedroom ground floor apartment. It has a large communal garden and a private balcony. It is close to transport links tram and busses also over a supermarket and close to local shopping parade, leisure centre, schools and nurseries. I need to move as I need more rooms for my growing family, I would prefer a house but will accept a flat or maisonette if it has 3 bedrooms.
