Two bed flat in Hove BN32QY, on Second Avenue 3seconds from the beach and Hove lawns. Great schools in catchment including west hove and Brunswick. Has a large balcony is on 4th floor but there is a lift. Comes with built in appliances, including dishwasher, cooker, cooker hod ,hob ect ect. The bedrooms are large with the main bedroom having an ensuite and built in wardrobes. I need!! A 2/3 bed house with a garden must have a private garden due to my sons needs . Must allow pets and have some where to park. On street is fine as long as it's close by. Would consider a flat as long as it has its own garden. At this point I'm looking at all areas for the right property..
