I live a minutes walk from the beach in a town house over 3 floors with a small garden at the front which I'm doing some work on now. Car park which is very safe. 5 minute walk to high Street. Good primary and high school maybe 10 minutes walk. Bus service and train station. I don't want to live in 4 in a block or high rises. I would possibly accept a flat if I liked it. I will also consider my places the Abbey Hill, doesn't seem to give that option ?
