I have a large one bedroom maisonette ground floor in the Tilehill area of Coventry . It?s nice tidy / clean with new gas central heating and boiler . New kitchen being fitted in the next two weeks. I have wood floors. Outside there are two brick lockable sheds for storage. I have had the garden ( communal) fenced as I have two small dogs . It?s kept tidy and looks nice especially looking out from the kitchen window. I?m in need of a property with my own back door in order to not worry about my dogs when I let them outside . I?m looking for a one bedroom bungalow or house 1-2 bedroom. Id like to stay fairly local but happy to consider other areas .
