Looking to downsize two bed with garden

I have a large terraced 3 bed family house with large front and back gardens. Non estate position and walking distance to all amenities. Garage and off road parking. Very good schools in the town and 25 minutes from Bournemouth or 10 from the New Forest. All bedrooms have double beds in at some phase of kids growing up.I want a 2 bed closer to my grandchildren in Portsmouth.
