I live just over the Devon/Cornwall border in Launceston, in a nice sized 2 bed bungalow with a separate living room and dining room. The kitchen is a good sized with lots of cupboard space and room for a big fridge/freezer. The bedrooms are a decent size, the biggest has a king-size bed with plenty of room for wardrobes etc. The second has a double bed also with space for wardrobes/chest of drawers. The garden is secure and fully fenced with a patio area that also has a small fence around it. I would like a 2 bed property with a small garden, although I would prefer a house I won't rule out a ground floor flat. I need to be close to amenities and the town and on a bus route.
