2 bed new build on the edge of the estate with a view of the haughmound. It’s a quiet area with a good school and bus connections. It’s within walking distance to Shrewsbury town centre. We really like it here and moved in when it was built but with the arrival of a little one we need an extra room. The house consists of a down stairs toilet, a utility cupboard, an open plan kitchen and living room area with a decent enclosed garden space at the back. Upstairs has a bathroom with toilet, bath and shower, a large double bedroom and a smaller double bedroom. The photos don’t give justice to the sizes.
