Looking to swap from 2 bed to 3 bed

My mum is looking for a 3 bedroom house within the Eastbourne area. Our house now is a 2 bedroom housing association new build on the new willingdon estate. The house we are currently in has a 2 car drive, fairly big back garden, two toilets one with bath and shower connected. Lovely area to live in and lovely neighbours. Dogs are accepted also.
