Mutual exchange out of London to clacton

I have a 3 bedroom council house in Enfield EN3 in a quiet cul-de-sac. The house has front and back garden, driveway and garage, double glazing, new kitchen and bathroom has been scheduled in August by the council. New roof, new central heating have already been installed, very close to primary and secondary schools with GP's at the end of the road. Lidl is a 10 minute walk from my house and Enfield Lock station is a 5 minute walk away which gets you to central London in 15 minutes
