This is a two bedroom house in Dagenham Essex with a large backyard. There are nearby shops and schools. I want a two bedroom house in or near Clacton on Sea, similar to what I have now. It should have a dinning room and front room. I would take a two bedroom bungalow with a backyard, dining room and living room if a house is unavailable. I need reasonably sized rooms, not too small. I would also like to be nearby a corner shop of some sort. The swap must be council property.
