The lounge is bright and airy, it has a nice balcony directly off lounge The kitchen is well fitted and is situated just off the lounge. The heating is provided by an air heat pump system which uses cheap to run. The flat is well insulated which keeps fuel bills low. There is a laundry room on ground level which also helps keep electricity bills low. The bathroom has a level access shower. I am looking to move near my family in the south side of Glasgow to a 1 or 2 bedroom property. I particularly want a home in the Mount Florida, Cathcart or surrounding areas.
