well maintained ,close to shops/schools/parks/doctors/takeyways.large park within walking distance ,driveway big enough to fit 4 cars or 2 cars and caravan,kitchen refit 3 years ago, fantastic neighbour,moved here when my son was 3 because of closeness to schools,hes 18 now so considering a move , not desperate just testing the water
