3 bed house wanting 2 bed bungalow or gr

I have a 3 bed family home in good area close to bus stop schools n amenities. I have downstairs toilet 2 double bedrooms one with built in Wardrobe and single room with built in wardrobe. The house is very spacious with a brick shed in the garden with electrics. I would like a 2 bed bungalow or ground floor flat with access to garden due to having children. I would consider a 2 bed house so long as it was adaptable due ro me having disability. Also need good primary and secondary schools close by.
