Looking for a swap

I live in a new build, 2 bed flat, in Methven, Perthshire. It's very spacious, clean and fresh It has a small back garden, offroad parking, close to post office and shops, chemist, village pub, cafe, restaurant and school. There's plenty space for dog walkers. It's immaculate and peaceful, but just not for me.
