We looking to swap our 2 bed bungalow for another 2 bed bungalow only. In the south west area only. We live in the lovely village Of South Petherton. and we have a lovely 2 bed semi dettached bungalow with medium front garden and enclosed fenced all round back garden. Medium size Living room, Medium kitchen we waiting for new kitchen units to be fitted soon. Back bedroom is double size. Front bedroom is small size but you can fit a double bed in. Bathroom has a shower cubicle but it doesn't have a bath. Decor in natural colours.Close to amenties. Coop shop, Butchers,Newagaents, Fruit & veg shop, Local pub. Local Working man club. Hairdresser, and couple charity shops Doctors chemist community hospital. We looking to swap for another 2 bed semi dettached Bungalow with enclosed front & back garden, We need a bathroom with only shower or wet room, as I am disabled. No bath please. close to all amenities. Decor not important.Would like to be near Near south west coastal areas only of South Somerset, Devon, Bridport, Sidmouth, Seaton, areas only.
