My flat is in a lovely estate next to the Emirate Stadium. I have a parking bay which I pay for in the estate. It's a one bedroom flat (double room with a large living room, kitchen, bathroom and a good sided storage room). It?s all electrics in the flat, so it has storage heaters. The estate has two playgrounds and a gated football pitch for residents and also the Arsenal youth team use it. It has large space grass areas with benches, which is nice in the summer if you want to sit outside. There is a grocery shop, pharmacy, dry cleaner/laundrette and Dominos pizza literally 2 minutes from the estate. The estate is opposite a sports centre/gym and a lovely pub. Transport access is great. There is a bus stop right outside the estate, with buses going towards Archway, Old Street, Camden, Kings Cross and Tottenham Court Road.I am also spoilt for choice as I have a variety of supermarkets within 5-10 minutes walk away (Co-op, Waitrose, Morrisons, Lidl, Tescos express, Sainsbury's local).
