2 bedroom house for swap

We looking for house swap - currently in 2 bedroom house in Bedford . We want to relocate to Cornwall possibly st austell /Bodmin/Truro area and we need 2 bedroom house or flat with garden. We got two well behaved cats so must be pet allowed. House we live in now has one double and one single room with could be lovely as a study /guests room. Rear garden is quite big and lovely in the summer. Bedford has a good connection to London /MIlton keynes /Northampton .
