Huge backgarden with double back gates allowing car to be driven in from garage lot area Fair size enclosed front garden Solar panels, air source heating. New windows doors, Fully carpeted and floored less then 2 years old painted, plastered ceilings 1 box room with build in single bed 1 medium room (king-size bed) with cupboard built in Largest bedroom has a dividing wall splitting into x2 fairsize bedrooms (no door so diverts extra bedroom fee) Wetroom with shower chair (folding) which is wheelchair friendly. We do have a through the floor lift leading to upstairs bedroom from dining room. Currently decommissioned due to not currently needing. Front garden is a slope, without a door step so completely wheelchair friendly. Widened doorways ect I really love my home, my back garden is my favourite. I also will only stay in the dengie area. But due to a relationship brakedown, id like to see if a similar property is out there, in a village with more amenities. Therfore would consider dengie only, the garden must be the same size or bigger which is very important. And with the house being at the same level standard as my own, ie carpets/flooring, decoration 'ready to be lived in' i can't afford to start over. Pictures will slowly be added as and when
