Beautiful area.. our village is lovely.. tesco 5 mins in the car, with a coop.. town is 10 mins in the car.. Dr's literally 5 mins walk.. Good schools, 5 min walk.. very quiet area. Lovely neighbours. We need a 2 bed adapted bungalow only.. decent sized garden with of road parking.. no steps or stairs. we have family in Newquay. Serious swappers only pls.. many thanks
