I have a 2-bedroomed first-floor flat,in a building of just four flats,so very quiet,friendly,near all amenities,within walking distance.A station ten minutes walk away,as are the shops,Drs,etc.The flat is in good order throughout,having recently decorated the large main bedroom,with new carpet also.A pretty,private garden for resident's use,with laundry lines enclosed.A car-park is adjacent to the flat.I want to exchange for a property in Walton-on-the-naze,to be near family,and friends since a recent fall means help is needed,and am 72,a non-driver.I need their support.I will consider any property,as long as it's in/near Walton.
