our ground floor flat has one bedroom, the kitchen is a good size can use a small table and 2 chairs, the lounge is also a good size just like the bedroom, the bathroom is a wet-room, gas central heating and a garden to the rear, its very quiet, and the bus stop is just a two min walk, and that will take you to the town and railway station. the reason for move is that we are both getting older and my husband needs to be with his family in Rye, we would consider sheltered accommodation
