I have a 1 bedroom, ground floor flat in in house conversion. There are for flats in total. I have sole use of the spacious garden, this is covered in artificial grass so safe for children. Its on a quite street with on street parking very near schools, doctor surgeries and close to central London in one direction and Walworth road and East market in another direction. All rooms a decent size and spacious, separate bathroom and toilet. I'm looking for a 2 bedroom flat or house in SE11, (ideally with outside space) near elephant castle. Only moving as needing extra space as my child is growing and wanting to stay near their school.
