Hi, we have a fairly new build, 2 bed ground floor flat, the bedrooms are large one with a built in wardrobe. The flat is in a block of two, our neighbour is never in as he has two properties so is very quiet. We have two off street parking spaces, a private garden with a shed which is also ours and private. We are very close to shops, two doctors surgeries, a bus stop and a school at the end of our road. The road itself is very quiet as it’s a cul-de-sac and all neighbours are very friendly.
