I have a 3 bedroom house in St Paul?s Cray, 2 double rooms and 1 single. Kitchen, living room and dining room all separate. Bathroom and toilet separate upstairs. Fairly large garden. Massive country park behind the house (good for dog walking etc). 2 minute walk to St Paul?s Cary Primary School and very close to nugent shopping centre. All rooms decorated except the 3 bedrooms. They will need quite a bit of work ie new floors laid, plastering etc. I am looking for a 3 bedroom property ground floor with upstairs and downstairs toilet as my mum is no longer able to use the stairs as much.
