I'm looking for a 1 bed or studio anywhere in and around Richmond / Twickenham / Teddington / Surbiton. Basically if it's in the burough of Richmond upon Thames, im interested, and same for most all the buroughs that touch it. Semi detached Victorian era building, with 2 other tenants, I'm on the first floor. My unit was completely renovated last year before I moved in, I then fully recarpeted it the first week. It has a brand new boiler also installed last year, and have amazing water pressure. There is a utility area fitted with washer/dryer connections. I have super quiet (1 person) tenants above and below, there is a private (to us 3 tenants) garden (front and back), and we are lucky enough to live on a very quiet road (no busses on this street), as is the entire surrounding neighborhood. (most) Pets are permitted, however they must be approved in writing by PA Housing, also there is parking on the street by permit. Conveniently located 5 min walk from Twickenham rail station, and a 6 minute walk to St. Margaret's rail station in the other direction, so close, and although I've tried, one absolutely cannot hear them running, ever.
