I have a ground floor studio flat, separate bathroom, kitchen and hall way and Bedroom and living room combined but can be partitioned off. Has a large window and back door to balcony. Quiet area. Very close to a doctor surgery, local shop, pharmacy and bus routes. 5 minutes walk to town centre and train station. Flat is decorated to a good standard and is clean and well looked after . I'm looking for a 1 or 2 bed bedroom bungalow or house in the basildon area. Reason for moving: need more space
