I have a 2 bedroom ground floor flat right near Beckenham place park and not far from waitrose. Private parking and communal garden which no one uses. This block is mainly privately owned flats and just a few housing association owned. Beautiful road. Shared garden which no one uses and washing lines which no one really uses apart from myself. Majority of the block are elderly it is a quiet area to live. I am in desperate need of a 3 bedroom within the Beckenham area as my family have outgrown our 2 bedroom. Happy to swap to another flat preferably ground floor. Houses, and other types also happy to swap with. Multiswaps also OK.
