Majority of the block are elderly it is a quiet area to live. I am in desperate need of a 3 bedroom within the Beckenham area as my family have outgrown our 2 bedroom. Happy to swap to another flat preferably ground floor. Houses, and other types also happy to swap with. Multiswaps also OK.
