I have a large 2 bed semi detached house in the new area of Sinfin. My house is in a quiet cul de sac with a drive for two cars. I have the end house so I have a very big garden compared to the neighbours. There is a primary school within a 2 minute walking distance. A private nursery which is 5 minutes walk.
