North Devon wants back to Plymouth

Hi we currently live in a 1 bedroom bungalow in a lovely little village called Shebbear which is in Beaworthy Devon,where theres a village shop a pub village hall church and a primary school with attaching nursery. Our neighbours are elderly and middle aged but both really nice everyone in the village is very friendly and will help anyone. There are bus routes to Bideford, Barnstaple. We have a local guy that comes round every 2 weeks with his home grown produce. We have lived here for about a year now dont think we are wanting to move because we dont like it cause we do its just we want to be closer to family and grandchildren who live in Plymouth. We have got alot of countyside around us which you do have permission to walk through and the field behind us you are allowed to go into it too. This property does allow pets and has allocated parking too. We are looking for another 1 bedroom bungalow or a house with parking and a enclosed garden (not communal) Thanks for looking
