2 Bedroom Flat in sheltered block Plymouth

We have 2 bedrooms a good sized kitchen and living room and last September we had a wet room fitted. It is in a quiet 3 storey block of flats that are sheltered accommodation for over 50s with full disabled access throughout. There is an entry phone and a lift and we are on the first floor - however our front door opens out onto an open corridor with easy access to the drying area. we are not overlooked at all, the area has many trees and we regularly see squirrels and hear owls and foxes. The bus service into the city centre, in one direction, or to the local hospital in the other direction, stops right outside and if you have a car there is off street parking. There is a large community room and Kitchen, there's a dart board, half size pool table and seating area where some residents meet for coffee and bingo from time to time, and patio doors open onto a small outdoor seating area with garden furniture. This is available for all residents to use. There is a site manager who is in the office 3 or 4 days per week who is very helpful - tunstall alarms are in every flat and the manager will check in with residents every week to see that all is well ( either in person, by phone or text whichever is your preference) Our neighbours are very quiet and friendly, and we're very happy in the flat but we would like to move closer to our friends
