The 2-bed 1st floor flat is in a safe, quiet, and well-regulated area where many families also reside. It's only a 10-15 minute walk away from the tram station. The housing association is Guinness Partnership, who are very supportive and have a team of workers who are quick to deal with any issues with the property. I have lived in this property for just over a year, and I've fixed it up quite nicely. When you walk in, there's a hallway. To the left is the smaller room, and to the right is the bathroom with 2 small storage rooms. Across the hallway is a good-sized storage area. To the left of that is the large master bedroom, just before the storeroom. On the opposite side, to the right, there's a large living room and dining space with expansive windows. To the right of that is the kitchen. (Attached is the living room, master bedroom, storage room and kitchen - I'm happy to share more images of all the rooms upon request). Outside also has a share garden area. I'm looking to move to Bury, where my daughter's school is located. My daughter has special needs, so I haven't changed her school. Unfortunately, she didn't get into the special needs school near us, so moving back to Bury is our only choice. Currently, we spend approximately £600 - £800 monthly on transportation to and from school, as I don't currently drive and can't afford to until I move. Sometimes we walk or take the tram in the mornings to save costs, but it's not ideal for a 5-year-old.
