I have a nice one bedroom flat on frist floor in small block with open plan kitchen specious living room and bedroom and bathroom it has electric heating double glazed windows with entry phone system with schools and local shops and on bus routes and train station its in a quite resdential street with communal garden and some parking and off road to I want to exchange for a flat the reson I want to move that iam 54 yrs old I have health promblems I have bent spine in back I can’t get in bath I need a place with shower I will add photos soon I want ramsgate not tower blocks
