On offer is a 2 bed bungalow, not long had new windows and door, inside there are two bedrooms one large and one just big enough to put a single bed, there is a wetroom thats is easy access, there is a quite large stitting room that allso can be used as a diner. The kitchen is not that big but can put the cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine even a dishwasher, the kitchen is newly decorated aand will have new flooring, through out the rest of the house there is laminate flooring except for a nother room i use for my tumble dryer and my freezer, i allso use this room as a larder,there are7 bungalows in this row but sorry to say no gardens its comunial but the people are very friendly, there were good links to swansea and neath by bus that run every hour, and there are good local shops as well.
