Property is in the historical quarter next to Tudor House and St Michaels Square. 2 minutes walk into Southampton shopping precinct and the new West Quay centre. Only reason for moving is we want a garden, size not important but we must be able to enclose it. Looking in a large area from Southampton all the way to Portsmouth. Would prefer a bungalow but would consider a ground floor flat.
