I have a two bed open plan flat in westdrayton,very good size rooms,whole building is run on electricity not gas,flat is a really good size.spoilt for room really?I have a balcony over looking a court yard.underground parking,allocated parking space..I?m on the 3rd floor,but technically I would say second floor,due to car park..4 other flats on my balcony outside of my door,but the balcony is huge so flats aren?t on top of each other?right out side of the front entrance to the building you have intercom no one can get in and out without being buzzed in,literally have Tesco on your door step,2 second walk your there..library and Aldi and the end of the round going into high street,doctors many other shops and schools all with in 5 or 10 minute walking distance.other end of the road you have access to a canal that if you fancy a walk,goes straight into Uxbridge town centre?local hospital 5 minute drive..bus stops also at the end of the road?also parks
