I have a 2 bedroom large flat (only 5 years old- I am the first and only tenant to have lived here) on the 5th floor. My flat is top floor, 2 lifts in the block. The block is very secure and well maintained, with Conceirge that looks after the estate located in the next door building. I have x2 large storage cupboards within my flat (1 used as a utility room, washing machine, tumble dryer) the other storage cupboard the same size both very big. Large bathroom, 1 bedroom is a kingsize room with built in wardrobe and other is double the size very large. Large open plan kitchen/living room, with floor to ceiling glass windows (lots of natural light). Large balcony, grey decked flooring, all glass panels. Everything is within 3 mins walking distance. Shops, doctors, dentist, primary schools etc. Langdon park DLR station is a 2 min walk away for transport links via Stratford and Canary Wharf both only 10 mins away. I am looking to move closer to family, I am open to all locations in Essex?
