We are SS3 9LX with bus every amenity within 5-10 mins walking distance, namely: schools, library, pool, parks, shops, seaside. BAD POINTS: Block's not 'pretty' but has side entry/the whole end & can make as you want. Lounge/diner needs a decor - but this may happen before a swap. GOOD POINTS: Despite bus route, very quiet evenings/night. SF garden tended & enjoyed all summer long. Low rent. Pets allowed. Looking to swap for 2 bed or downsize to 1, with a private garden. If you do not have a garden - sorry!
