It’s right at the end of the building so only one neighbour to the left of the flat , kitchen is small but plenty of cupboard space, electric wall and cooker sockets only as there’s no gas supply , My flat is in a lovely set up , well sought after place by the sea , nr Christchurch, Poole, Southampton, all within easy reach if using a car .
