I have a lovely 1 bedroom ground floor flat in a quiet area of sutton coldfield with friendly neighbours. The property has a communal garden, it also has a newly fitted kitchen and is close to local amenities I.e princess Alice retail park, schools, pubs, doctors surgery, nurseries, parks which are within a 10 minute walk or 2 minutes in the car. If I could, I would stay where I am as the area is perfect but I am lacking 1 bedroom as I have a son who is 3 so he really needs his own room. I am looking for a 2 bedroom flat/house/maisonette/bungalow within the sutton coldfield area/pyphayes/erdington and Perry common, I will also consider other areas if I feel the area is right for me.
