Lovely warm spacious one bedroom flat

Our flat is a spacious one bedroom sheltered flat in Angel, Islington. It's on a small development of 'Experimental' housing built in 1941. It is really more like a bungalow than a flat and is warm and comfortable. The flat is on the ground floor and still has lots of original features, we have restored the parquet floors. We have our own front and back doors, a private garden at the front, a lovely communal one at the back. You have to be over 60 to live here and sadly pets are not allowed, which is the only reason we wish to move. We have an introductory tenancy until June 2024, when it becomes 'Assured'. We are looking for a one or two bedroom flat on the ground floor or with a lift, somewhere between Angel and Highgate, where our sons live. Pets must be allowed.
