2xbedroom house looking for right to buy 3 bedroom

Lovely 2 bedroom terrace house in the heart of Chorlton near beech road and Sandy lane. All privately owned property only myself is housing associations . I haven’t decorated much and hope you can see the potential of this house and to put your own stamp on it. Chorlton is lovely with everything on your door step ,I have lived here for 6years and it’s very safe and quite on my street all neighbors are lovely. The reason for my move is i found place I want and it’s near my mum but they need a 3 bedroom “with the right to buy” must be part of Manchester city council,southway housing or ardwick housing so she can use her right to buy.this would be part of a 3 way swap.or a part of a 4 way swap I have a 3x bedroom house in postcode M14 . If not as part of muti swap , I’m really looking to live near M13 7ee postcode and would like a new build house with 2 bedroom . I would consider other area if it’s a new built and in a good area near public transport as my son need to get the bus to college .
